Atalaya Search and Rescue, Inc. Mission Statement
Atalaya Search and Rescue is a nonprofit, charitable organization dedicated to the successful search and rescue of the lost or injured in the backcountry of Northern New Mexico or wherever needed. Our volunteer members strive to respond quickly and are skilled in many aspects of search and rescue operations, especially communications, ground search, technical rope rescue and medical care.
